Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout mainland UK, including England, Scotland, and Wales. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands, islands, and remote areas may require additional shipping time and charges.


Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Estimated Delivery Times

Lighting & Small Accessories: 2–5 business days

Furniture Items: 5–10 business days

Large or Made-to-Order Furniture: 2–4 weeks


Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.


Delivery Charges

Free UK delivery on orders over £500

Standard delivery fee for smaller orders is calculated at checkout based on item size and destination.


Furniture Deliveries

Large furniture items are delivered by specialist courier services. Customers may be contacted directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged or incomplete, contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order, including photos of the packaging and product.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, additional redelivery charges may apply.
